How to choose the chain conveyor correctly and reasonably?



The correct selection and maintenance of the chain conveyor can give full play to the best performance of advanced equipment. Therefore, when selecting a chain conveyor, the following important parameters should be paid attention to:

1. Selection of chain conveyor model: After the chain speed is determined, the best model can be selected according to the conveying amount. Each model has a basic conveying capacity. In the model selection table also lists the maximum conveying length and power of the choice, it must be pointed out that under the same amount of transportation, the selection of slightly larger models can reduce the chain speed, thereby prolonging the service life, but the conveying amount should not be too small, such as the actual conveying amount is lower than the rated conveying capacity of the machine more than 30%, the use of the material layer will be too thin, the internal pressure is too small, resulting in idling, but increase wear.

2. Select the chain speed: the user should first choose according to the performance and state of the material being transported (such as grindability, material temperature, material particle size) and other factors. The optimal chain speed for conveying raw cement clinker and finished powder.

3. Select the inlet and outlet: the size of each inlet, the user needs to select, in the selection must be noted.

A. For materials with poor fluidity or high humidity, it is generally not appropriate to use the upper inlet to avoid poor feeding, and the inlets on both sides should be used as much as possible.

B. When the first inlet is close to the tail shaft (when the minimum distance cannot be guaranteed), it is generally not appropriate to use the upper time mouth.

C. When the first inlet is close to the tail shaft (when the minimum distance cannot be proved), it is generally not appropriate to use the upper time mouth.

D. The machine can use multiple inlet ports and multiple outlets, in addition to providing outlets with gates according to user needs.

E. When the two chain conveyors are cross-connected up and down, the lower chain conveyor should use both sides of the inlet as much as possible.

4. Reduction ratio and assembly type. When selecting a drive, you can choose the listed Y series motor + ZQ series reducer, or you can choose a cycloidal needle wheel gear motor. The assembly form of the chain conveyor drive device is: left mounting, right mounting and back mounting type (only suitable for cycloidal pin geared motors with a power of less than 5.5KW).
