This very popular conveyor system is a high level gravity based design specifically for the efficient unloading of containers. This system is used where the customer has no loading bay and unloads containers from the back of a trailer or truck down to ground level. The main body of the conveyor extends into the container with the operator as they unload, simply by pulling it along as they progress down the trailer. Adjustable high level stand systems and the optional additional decline conveyor unit allow the boxes to move without power and be lowered to a safe handling height for operators at floor level. The perfect conveyor for factories, warehouses, distribution, and logistics center suitable for moving stock to and from containers as well as cross site.

This heavy duty robust gravity unloading conveyors are a development of ourTelescopic Flexible Expandable Roller Conveyor mounted on a large box section chassis with a platform adjustable in height to service the vehicle. Varying models accommodate various vehicle heights. Fully welded mild steel construction gives this machine it’s strength and with 50mm diameter low inertia PVC rollers set at centres of 100mm. It is capable of handling small and large parcels alike. This machine is intended for unloading only, without the need of a loading dock and should be used on conjunction with other conveyors from our extensive range to reach destinations within the warehouse or building. Each deck of track is height adjustable by screw-jack to achieve the desired slope.
