Ball Transfer Conveyors/Tables are used for applications where there is a need to reorient boxes, cartons, totes, etc., or to manually transfer items in multiple directions. Available in straight and curved sections with various ball centers to meet specific requirements. Also available as a pneumatic table for assembly applications where there is a need to transfer product and then lower to table height for the stability of work, then raise product and transfer back onto the conveyor system.
Ball Transfer Conveyors/Tables can be manufactured with either carbon steel powder coat painted frames, or stainless steel frames, with the choice of either carbon steel, stainless steel or nylon balls.

Ball transfer inserts are designed to drop into compatible light-duty and medium-duty roller conveyor sections to convert them to a Conveyor Roller Universal Ball Transfer Table. They allow conveyed items to move in all directions at transition points (entrances, intersections, or exits) in the conveyor system. The inserts replace the rollers in the existing conveyor frame. Each insert consists of ball transfers that are attached to a rigid frame. The length and width of the smallest conveyed item should be at least three times the table's ball spacing dimension, and the heaviest conveyed item must weigh less than the combined capacity of the ball transfers supporting it.
